days like today...

when life give you lemons... make lemonade.  working on alot of breathing techniques and calming skills so i dont go 'kong fu' on the people around me. 
 so this little bird got crafty!  i cant remember which one exactly, but craft blogs are my new fad.

2.5 hours later.. i finished three of them.  This was a process, but i LOVE them!
